Kids Muay Thai at AK49 teaches the Thai stand-up game in a way kids can actually absorb. The technique pool is wide enough to hold a kid's interest for years, and the class structure gives clear progressions to work through. It is an individual discipline, which suits the kid who lights up when their own effort moves the needle.
Coaches keep kids working, learning, and treating each other right. Pad rounds, partner drills, and conditioning are baked into every class. Kids do not spar until they are ready, and we are slow and careful about that. The skills they pick up help them carry themselves differently.
