Using This Site

Classes and Memberships
A free pass or a free class is an invitation to try a class. It is not a membership. If you join, your membership, what it costs, and how it is billed are set out in the membership agreement you sign with us. That agreement is what covers your membership. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Text Messaging
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from AK-49 Martial Arts about your free pass, your classes, your appointments, and your membership.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To stop, reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one last message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To start again, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email seth@ak49martialarts.com.
